At Thanox, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care items
  • Items on sale or clearance (if applicable)
  • Gift cards

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider or bank

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof. We will resolve the issue promptly.


8. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
